Submit an Address Update and/or Make a Payment Selection

Make a Selection Online:

Before Updating your Address and/or Making a Payment Selection: You will need the Unique ID printed and PIN on the [Notice] that you received via email or mail. An image of where the Unique ID and PIN are located is available here. If you believe you are a Potential Class Member and did not receive a Notice or have lost yours, please email the Settlement Administrator at info@PennStateTuitionRefundSettlement.com, providing your full name and address and request your Unique ID and PIN.

Once you log in with your Unique ID and PIN, the address provided by Penn State will prepopulate and you will be given the option of checking the Address Update box and update your address on file. You will then also have the opportunity to make a payment selection to choose your preferred Payment Method by checking the applicable box and providing the applicable Username or applicable Email Address for your selection.

After Updating your Address and/or Making a Payment Selection: After submitting your Address Update and/or Payment Selection, you will receive an email with a confirmation code for your completed submission. Be sure to keep your confirmation email and code and refer back to them if you have any questions about your selections.
